The short version
This site is a single page with a waitlist form. If you enter your email address, we store it so we can email you about Lever. That is the only personal information we ask for. We do not sell it, share it with anyone for their own use, or send you anything unrelated to Lever. You can have it deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address — only if you submit the waitlist form. We store it alongside the date and time you submitted it. We do not ask for your name, employer, or job title, and the form does not collect them.
- Standard request data — like any website, our host receives your IP address, browser user-agent, and the page you requested in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores the waitlist in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare also provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on the form, which receives your IP address and browser signals to decide whether the submission is automated. Turnstile may set cookies strictly necessary for that security check.
- Google Fonts — the page loads the Inter typeface from Google's font servers, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. No other information is sent, and this is not used to identify you to us.
No one else has access to the waitlist, and we do not transfer it to any other company, tool, or mailing-list provider without updating this page first.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You gave it to us for a specific purpose: to be told when Lever is ready. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR that is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Keeping the site online and free of automated abuse rests on our legitimate interest in operating it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we close it — whichever comes first. If we ever shut the project down, the waitlist is deleted rather than transferred.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email [email protected] and we will action it — there is one field in one table, so this is quick. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with how we handled a request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is aimed at working engineers and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly hold data from children.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we already have your email, we will tell you directly.
